CVR Studios provides web design and development services for a one-time fee of $200. Our services include custom website design, responsive layout, SEO optimization, contact form integration, and up to 5 pages as outlined on our Services page.

3. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full before project commencement. We accept the following payment methods as agreed upon during consultation:

• One-time payment of $200 USD
• No hidden fees or recurring charges
• Payment secures your project slot

4. Refund Policy

STRICT NO REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Once payment is received and work has begun on your project, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We encourage you to carefully review our services and ask any questions before making payment. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept this no refund policy.

5. Project Timeline

We strive to complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality:

• Project timelines will be discussed during consultation
• Delays caused by client feedback or content provision may extend the timeline
• We will keep you informed throughout the development process

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project completion, clients are responsible for:

• Providing all necessary content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner
• Providing clear feedback and direction during the design process
• Ensuring all provided content does not infringe on third-party rights
• Responding to communication within reasonable timeframes

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and project completion:

• You own the final website design and content
• CVR Studios retains the right to showcase the project in our portfolio
• Third-party assets (fonts, icons, stock images) are subject to their respective licenses

8. Revisions and Changes

Our service includes reasonable revisions during the design process. Major scope changes or additional features beyond the initial agreement may incur additional fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon before implementation.

9. Warranty and Support

We provide:

• Basic technical support for issues related to the initial build
• Assistance with website launch and deployment
• Ongoing support and maintenance services available at additional cost

10. Limitation of Liability

CVR Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In the event of termination before project completion, work completed up to that point remains the property of CVR Studios unless otherwise agreed. No refunds will be issued.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
